What is Science Olympiad?

Science Olympiad is a non-profit that runs team competitions in science, technology, engineering, and math. Teams from thousands of schools across the US compete in 23 events spanning earth science, chemistry, anatomy, optics, and several branches of engineering, with teammates working together while each sharpens their own specialty.

Who we are

A year of preparation for a handful of tournament days

Study

Deep dives into one field each, from anatomy to astronomy, until we know it better than the test does.

Build

Devices designed, built, and tuned over months, then run once for score on tournament day.

Lab

Practiced lab procedures, so the hands-on events feel routine under the clock.

Mentor

We help run the Great Neck South Middle School team, so younger students catch the bug early.
